S&S® solid lifter pushrod set for 1948-'52 panhead engines. Converts stock 1948-’52 valve train to solid lifter operation by replacing stock pushrods, which contain built in hydraulic units, with solid non-adjustable S&S® pushrods. Requires stock 1948-’52 style adjustable lifters. Includes four non-adjustable steel pushrods. Fits stock 74" engines with 5.330 cylinder length. Pushrods Only.
