Gilles Tooling calls this style of chain adjuster the "TCA" version.
The TCA style chain adjuster offers high-precision chain adjustment but using a special bolt to enable axle adjustment in both directions. This design makes wheel changes and adjustments very easy to achieve perfect increments. Works with the OEM axle nut.
