S&S® pushrod kit for 1948-'65 panhead engines. Converts valve train to solid lifter operation. Includes all parts needed for conversion: four non-adjustable steel pushrods and four adjustable lifter inserts to replace the stock hydraulic units. Fits stock 74"engines with 5.330 cylinder length.
