The flagship of the Akrapovič exhaust system range, used and tested by our top factory teams in motorsport racing. It is simply the finest performance exhaust system available. Each model is unique and dedicated to maximizing the performance of an engine, while reducing overall weight for optimized handling of the whole motorcycle. It is made entirely of titanium. The unique shape of the muffler, with its embossed imprint that run all the way along the exhaust and blend in seamlessly with the hand-crafted carbon fibre endcap, takes design to new levels.

For perfect performance, throttle response and durability, ECU remapping is recommended.

On the product image, the system is shown together with optional carbon heat shield P-HSB10E3. Carbon fibre muffler bracket (needed for mounting if passenger footrests are removed) is already included within the system.

FITMENT NOTICE FOR US MARKET: Exhaust system fits on 2020 S 1000 RR US model. For 2019 US models, see products listed under 2018 model year.

This product can be fitted on 2020 BMW M 1000 RR model.

    No Restock Fees

    If your order arrives and it is not right, we will fix it, NO NONSENSE, we promise.

    Doesn't fit or just not happy with it? You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 90 days of delivery of your item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

    Refund Policy

    • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.

    • Once your return is received and inspected by BikeArmory (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

    • For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.

    • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Philadelphia warehouse.

    • Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact us if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!

    • See below for instructions on where/how to get your return order back to us. Items should not be shipped back to the manufacturer; all returns need an RA (Return Authorization) number and will need to be returned to BikeArmory in Sausalito.

    Return Shipping Options

    • For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. States, BikeArmory provides the option of printing out a pre-paid UPS shipping label for a fee of $7.99. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

    • For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

    • All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $10 Service Fee.

    Exchanges

    • Need to make an exchange? After you process your return, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. That means you'll claim the inventory and get your new gear fast!

    • If you use your points that you have earned on an item, and then need to return the original item, the points which was earned from the original will be subtracted from your refund.

    • If your exchange order qualifies for our free ground shipping offer (details), it will be applied.

    • You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.

    Order Cancellation / Modifications

    • If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

    • Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

    Used or Damaged Merchandise

    • Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike.

    • Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

    • Craigslist, eBay and online forums are excellent resources if you have a used item you do not want that can no longer be returned to RevZilla.

    Apparel and Helmets

    • Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.

    • Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.

    • Un-used items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.

    Electronics, Hard Parts, Tools, Tires

    • Any electronic which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.

    • Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

    • Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.

    • Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

    International Returns

    • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

    • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Bike Armory upon delivery will be rejected.

    Defects

    • Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Bike Armory will assist customers with their warranty; however Bike Armory does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.

    Warranty Returns

    • Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.

    • Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

    Damaged Items

    • Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

    We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We own and operate one distribution center in Sausaltio, CA. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

    Items will have an availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "In Stock - Requires 1-2 business days of lead time prior to shipment". These products will ship within 1-2 business days, but if you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped.

    While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times.  In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

    A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.

    Most shipments within the lower contiguous 48 States utilize UPS, USPS, FedEx, or OnTrac as a carrier.

    Shipping Method Explanation

    Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.     Fast Standard Shipping

    • Delivery typically in one to five business days after shipment.

    Three Day

    • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Friday, it would arrive on Wednesday of the following week.

    Second Day

    • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.

    Next Day

    • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

    Shipping Changes

    Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $17.50 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

    PO Boxes

    Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.

    APO

    Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for our Free Shipping promotion and will be fulfilled from our Philadelphia or Las Vegas fulfillment center locations. APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.

    Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

    Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service from Philadelphia or Las Vegas.  Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited.

     

    Shipping Costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

    • Orders of $39.99 and over will qualify for free shipping
    • Orders of less than $39.99 will ship for a $7.99 flat rate

    Shipping Costs for Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands:

    • Orders of $99.95 and over will qualify for free shipping
    • Orders of less than $99.95 will ship for a $25 flat rate

    International Orders

    Hazardous Items

    Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.

    Tires

    We are currently only shipping tires to the contiguous 48 United States.

    Oversize Items

    Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 United States. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc.

    Delivery Policy

    Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

    Backorders

    bikearmory.com does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

    Damaged Goods

    If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Bike Armory Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Bike Armory will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
